Positive: The staff was very accommodating, attentive, the game room was a nice addition, the room was huge and comfortable, massage was very good:-) In general good price/quality ratio.

Negative: We would have enjoyed a few more spa facilities, because in winter the rooftop pool is not a place to stay at for hours. With the strong wind there was lots of sound from outside.

Positive: It’s a nice hotel—everything is new and very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel also provides a complimentary small cake upon request. It’s located in a high-end area.

Negative: It's not very close to attraction areas , need 20 minutes to thermal

Positive: The staff were very friendly and we were offered tea and coffee upon arrival, which was lovely. The room was very comfortable and large. There were some extra fittings which really made the room feel luxurious, such as an extendable mirror in the bathroom and drying rack in the shower. The breakfast was very good too. Overall an excellent stay and I’d highly recommend. The internet was also fast.

Negative: The only minor issue was that the aircon couldn’t be adjusted to a cooling setting since we went in late autumn, so I found the room a little too warm.

Positive: "Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were incredibly clean and bright, with beds that were so comfortable.The bed sheets fresh We loved the swimming pool with its great views and convenient poolside bar. It was also incredibly helpful to have a restaurant and a Carrefour supermarket right there at the hotel. The breakfast was a true highlight! When we arrived, they gave us the choice of a buffet or seated service. We opted for the seated service, and they offered us more than we could have ever imagined—it was so rich and diverse, with all kinds of delicious foods, from fresh fruits and pastries to cheeses and made-to-order omelets. A special shoutout to Nigar and Irem, two young ladies who provided wonderful service during breakfast. The chef also deserves a big thank you for the amazing food. The staff, from the reception team to all the employees we encountered, were amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were originally a group of nine who planned to stay just one night before heading to Bursa, but we loved it so much that we changed our plans and stayed another night. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to come back!"
